Building a business is like that. You have to give it your best and not look back. You have to work hard everyday without holding it back. You have to believe that it will work without any dough.

If you hold back and let dough grow in your mind, then you'll go back to the shore because you don't believe that there's a land at the end of the trip.

Success needs you to believe in it.

When do you need help?

When can we give some of our work to someone else so we can focus on the most important job?

This is one of the more difficult choice you'll have to make. When will your time be more lucrative in something else then the basic job of your company?

There's a lot of free way to advertise a business. But all of those needs a lot of time and energy to work. So, all the time and energy that you invest in using free advertising, you don't put into making your business something bigger. When is it better to buy advertising, instead of doing it for free?

It's all about the return. If you can take care of your customer and do the free advertising it's ok. If you end up not doing enough advertising, maybe you should think about investing into some paid ads to help your business grow.

There's no easy answer to this. It's all about you. When will you say that you can't do no more and needed some help. Will you wait until you get sick? I hope not, because when you are the only source of work for your business and you get sick, your business is jeopardize.

You only have now, tomorrow don't exist as yesterday. The time you have is now. Don't waist it on things that you don't really want in your life.

If you want to have a business, then do it now. If you want to have a house then do it now. Yes, there will be obstacle and things that will be hard to do. That's ok, it's part of the path. If you're not walking the path, then you'll never get what you want.

Every trip start with one step. Take the one step and keep going.

Really, when you feel something would be great for your business, will you go for it?

Most people talk about following their guts, but most of them are only choosing the easy way (all the time). Can you take the hard way sometimes because you feel it's the best way?

I made a lot of bad choices. I know that I've been following the easy way a little too often. But in the last few years, I've learned to listen to my guts. And I believe that we can all do the same. We can all listen to what our deep feelings are telling us. We just need to trust...   our self!

When you start a business you don't know when you'll be making any money. Most of the times, business owner don't wait long enough before they start to take money out of their business. And that could become a problem when you take too much too fast. Your business could end up with a need for immediate cash or it will go down.

To patient is a good thing when you're in business. Not about taking action, but in taking some money out of your business.

Most of the time, you have to invest and invest before you can get a penny out of your business. Will you be patient enough to not break the growing of your business?

Promoting the new program to be the first to show it on the web and get as many referrals as you can. Yes, a lot of people are doing it. It doesn't mean that it's always a good idea.

First, you should look at the program to see if you can use it. Then, what will you gain to promote it. Will you gain much more then promoting your current program? If not, then you should stick with what you are promoting right now.

Advertising is a tool. You need to use it wisely if you want to get any result. Don't promote the latest stuff to be the first to get referrals, if it's junk, then you'll have wasted your advertising and reputation on it.

There's new stuff almost every day. Always the best and always better then all the rest.

Surprise to grab the attention of the viewers and joy to keep that precious attention. Looks easy, but not really. There's a lot of job to do before you can celebrate your working ads. But if you can mix them both, you'll get much more then you paid for.

Video are so popular that it generated 3 billions for the advertising company in 2012. And it's estimated that it will reach 6 billions in 2014.

If you think that a picture is enough, then think again...   video is a must and you should not neglect it.

I have been saying many times here, you are who you makes yourself to be. Nothing outside has the last word about who you are. The only influence that ends it all is your influence about you.

Stop searching for a source outside. If you fail, it's your fault. Yes, maybe there's some influence from outside, but in the end you are always the main reason. You end up choosing to follow or not.

There's too many people following the trend. They don't have much success because they always join too late. That's what they say, but in reality they never really commit to any project. So they never really get to the point that they work hard on anything. They don't feel it's their own project, so they jump out when they think there's something better out of it.

I have been like that for so many years. Sometimes, I get back to that mentality. I have to fight to stay away from the new stuff. The new things everyone are promoting. I have to stay focus and keep to my plan.

Are you a jumping business builder?

Does something working out there in another country will work here too? You can't know until you do some test and research. In music, you can have a great success in one country and nothing just outside of there. You need to understand the people before you can start to market.

Do you know your market? Do you know enough to start a business tomorrow? Are you the kind of person to open a sandwich shop before you know how to make good sandwich?

Some people are using this research to keep pushing away the opening of their business. Don't be among those. Knowing your market is very good, but you should not spend too much time on it. You only need to know if there's people out there that would buy you product. That's it. Then you should start to offer your product to them.

You could do that job yourself, or you could hire someone to do it. It's all about you and how much you can spend on this research.

Every business have to start with the first customer.

Even if we all know it's only a dream, a lot of people still think that it can be done. Show me someone who did really become a millionaire without a sweat. There's none. All the ones who did make a living on the internet are working their ass out to make it work. There's no free lunch.

If we all know this, then why there's still a lot of people joining those scam program that are saying they can get you rich with no work from you? They all ask for your money so they can build your empire. The problem is when you paid, they stop working for you (or better, they stop working on you). The fact is that they only want your money. They will not help you to get anything. Because they don't have anything for you to get.

Some will give you pile and pile of training video or books so you can become the best. In reality, they know that you'll never read or listen to any of that stuff. You'll put it aside and wait for the best moment to do it. In the end, you'll never do it. So you bought that stuff to make you feel good. So you can say to yourself that you're on the right track to build your empire. You bought all of it to feel good about yourself. Even if you don't do anything, you'll still feel good. For a moment...    then you'll need to buy even more because all the other stuff is out of date. It goes on and on. Some people spend $200 to $500 a year on all that nice training they never use.

Wake up, learning is good. If you actually take action on it.

There's no quick way to become rich. You have to work.

Building a free source of advertising can be really good to your business.

One way to do this is to create a buzz. Creating a buzz could become many try and error, until you finally get something that is really making a buzz.

If you don't have the creativity to make your own buzz, then why not join on an existing buzz. Yes, you just need to take a look at what is the present buzz and find a way to join it with you business.

Traffic should become one of you main priority with your web site. Bringing people to your web site is the key to build your market. People usually needs to see your product 2 to 3 times before they start to think of buying it. So, if you don't a lot of sales in the first month, it's OK. As long as you keep bringing people to your product, the sales will come.

When we talk about rich people, we usually forget that they did it with a lot of people working for them. Yes, the ones that we never see on tv. The people working their part so the big company can make large profit.

If you are building a business with the help of associate, don't forget to celebrate with them all the success of the company. They are the ones working in the dark. Without them, success would not be the same.

When you have membership business, do something different for you members when your company reach new level of success. Give back to those who helped you to reach that level. Never forget that members are with you on their free will, and they can leave you as fast as they joined.

Success is never one thing, it's a mix of many things that have come together to make it work.

Commit or not?

If you commit just a little to a project, then you'll have just a little result in it. You can't have success if you don't commit fully.

Yes, we're all afraid of failing. Now that it's said, you ain't gonna succeed if you let your fear stopping you from committing to your project.

If you commit or not, you can still fail. But you have better chance to fail if you don't commit. And on the other end, if you commit fully you'll have better chance of succeed.

It's all about you. How much do you want to succeed in that project? You are the driving energy that will make it happen. No one can make it for you.
