You can’t follow someone who’s not worthy to be followed. It’s the same for all your associate. They won’t follow you if you don’t have anything to show them.

You have to be on the road and walk the road to have any hope that someone will come and join you on your trip.

Do what needs to be done and let every ones see that you are doing it. The ones who are looking for a great leader will come to you. You have to be out there and crush it. No slacker ever gets associate that are doing more then them. If you have an associate that is doing more then you. Upgrade your game! Because, in a near future, that associate will find someone better to be around.
