You have thinking patterns.
You are thinking the same way when you are facing the same kind of situation. And
the more you use that way of thinking, the more you’ll be using it without
thinking about it.
The good news is that you
can change any of those patterns. You only need to put your will into doing it.

patterns becomes highways. They are easy to use and they work very fast. So,
the more times you spent using a patterns, the harder it will be to change it.
You have the power to work
on your thoughts and change them. It’s up to you to do it or not.
