Do you feel like you could do much better at your job? Do you think that you are stopped from achieving what you should be doing?

Maybe you should start to think about making it on your own. Maybe you should start to look around for option that would let you make it better.

Working for someone else in the end it’s only that. You help someone else building their dream. You can’t impose your dream to replace theirs. So, if your dreams are much larger then theirs, you end up frustrated because you know it could become so much more.

Dare to dream and work to build them. No one can do it for you. You are the only one who can really grasp what is the essence of your dream. You are the only one who feels that way about it.

Working for someone else could go along with building the dream you have at the same times as theirs, but most of the times you end up giving up on the ones you have to build theirs.

What is a great sponsor?

I would say that you can compare this to almost any relationship. It’s a relationship between two people.

The sponsor has his responsibility, but the affiliate also has his responsibility. Let’s look at this for a moment.

1. The sponsor has to be active. This means that he’s actively working to build his business. Inactive sponsor won’t have the experience to help you go over the problem that you will face as an affiliate.

The affiliate has to be active too. Your sponsor will not build your business for you. He can help, but you have to do what needs to be done. An inactive affiliate is a waste of time and energy for a sponsor.

2. The sponsor must be open minded and creative. Open minded people are constantly searching for new way to expand the business. Creative sponsor will build tools to help their affiliate.

The affiliate has to be open minded and creative. Creativity is contagious, the more creative the affiliate will be, the more creative his sponsor will become. He’s becoming a motivation for his sponsor to better himself. Open minded affiliate will try everything before rejecting it.

3. The sponsor has to grow in his personality of sponsor (leader) to become a better one. He has to keep on learning. He has to be willing to take time during his day to learn all he can about becoming a better leader.

The affiliate has to grow also. He has to become a leader himself. He has to be the best leader he can so he’ll find people that will want to be associate with him as their sponsor.

4. The sponsor has to be patient, but not idle. He has to invest his time with the affiliates that are ready to go further. The others that don’t want to move along, he has to respect them. He has to let them know that he’s there for them. The sponsor has to find ways to get those unmoving affiliate to become more active in the business. He’ll need to find what could make them move forward.

The affiliate has to learn to be patient also. He has to be patient with his sponsor and learn to use to the max all the time he has to dedicate to him. He’ll have to be even more patient when he’ll become a sponsor himself.

5. The sponsor has to know his limit. He has to know what he’s willing to do for an affiliate and what he doesn’t. He has to respect his limits and also do his best to expand them. A sponsor should never do everything. He should help, but never do it all.

The affiliate also has to know his limit or at least learn where they are. He also has to be willing to expend them. He should always try to be more and more able with his business. A good affiliate is looking forward to the day when he’ll be a great sponsor.

In conclusion, sponsor and affiliate have their obligation. They both have to do their best and move forward. It’s an association, it’s a partnership, it’s a business relation and it’s a friendship.

Too many leaders are like travel agent, they send people where they never been themselves.

If you want to be a good sponsor, do the work and do it well. Learn how to become a better leader and keep doing it daily. Doing a little everyday is much more important then doing a lot someday. Don't wait until you reach the someday land to do it.

Don't wait anymore on someone else or something else to build your business. Stop building excuses and start using some good reason to build it now.

No one can do it for you.

I don't mean to do all of it alone, I just mean that you should stop using others as a reason not to build your business. If you're emitting the right energy, people will gather around you. :)

Cross the Ocean...

Building a business is like that. You have to give it your best and not look back. You have to work hard everyday without holding it back. You have to believe that it will work without any dough.

If you hold back and let dough grow in your mind, then you'll go back to the shore because you don't believe that there's a land at the end of the trip.

Success needs you to believe in it.

This is a very good question. To be successful in your online business, you need to understand where you're spending your time.

One of the best way to know where it goes is to keep a diary of all your use of it. The more specific you can make it, the more you'll understand how you can change some part of it to make more in your day.

Lot's of people end up doing nothing because they keep answering their phone all day. Others are wasting time with useless talking with others. There's a lot of ways to waste your time and do nothing. If you're serious about building an online business, you'll have to see where your time is going.

And while you're noting your time use, why not doing the same with the money you spend. Tracking your spending will help you see where you can cut and save some money that you can invest in your business.

In the end, you'll be the one wining. You'll understand more what you're doing with your time and money. The first two tools you need in building a business.

Know something about TV?

Stuck to the TV...

When your free time is planned according to the TV. When you spend more time if front of the TV then working on your business. When you leave your friends because there's something that you want to see because you are following it on TV.

Then, TV is a problem for you. If you are serious about your business, you should cut the time you spend in front of the TV.

We all have the same amount of time when we start the day. Some will make millions with that time and others will a hundred for a days work. There's no difference when they started the day, they both had the same amount of time. Where's the difference then?

One of them choose to use the time at hand and make the most of it. And the other is wasting as much time as can be so the at work would feel shorter. One will have money work for him (her) and the other will work for money. One will use the TV to sell stuff and others will listen to TV and pay for that time in double.

You are free to spend your time as you want, but remember that when you look at documentaries of the rich and famous you don't see anyone stuck in front of the TV...

Free beer tomorrow...

There's a pub in England with that sign over the bar. So simple, and so true. If you wait until tomorrow to start what you want today, then you'll never get it.

The only time that you have is today. Tomorrow does not exist and yesterday neither.

If you keep on saying I'll do, you'll end up doing nothing.

Start now! Because you only have this moment to do it.

Yes, you can't do it all right now, but you can still do some of it. And you'll keep on doing it if you start today.

It takes 27 days to create a habit. So if you want to achieve something in your life, you should start to create good habits right now. And keep building these goods habits for 27 days, after that it will go on almost on automatic.

¸The time that you didn't use will never come back. It's gone. And you can't do anything about it. It's too late.

Don't wast any more time thinking about what you should have done and focus on what you can today. Focus on today.

Garbage in garbage out!

We are the masters of our own tough. It's up to us to take what's gonna help us and leave the bad stuff out.

There's so many negative stuff around that it's hard to really understand all the bad it does to us. Habits of listening to news 3 to 4 times a day could seem normal. But in reality, it's a build up of negative stuff that is stacking on your mind and mood.

Ranting is another habits that you should start to dismiss from your life. Find creative way to stay out of it. Don't let anyone start the fire of your anger. If you feel it burning, go away and something else.

If you like to get attention using how bad things are for you, stop it. You'll only bring more of it in your life.

A lot of people tend to take lightly the power of positive though. Don't do that, nothing bad can come from a positive mind. And you choose what you put in.

Witch side of the screen?

On witch side of the screen do you want to be? Be honest, when you spend 5 hours a day (and maybe more) listening to tv, do you really think that you'll be the one to be invited on tv?

Having a life and making it good will get you on tv. Not the opposite.

You choose what you want. No ones will choose for you.

If you want to be someone that deserve to be on tv, then you'll have to cut as much as you can the time you spend listening to it. It's simple, you choose on witch side of the screen you want to be.

I was a big listener of tv. I would flip channel until I would find something that I would like. Sometimes, I would spend 3 to 5 hours listening to stuff I wasn't that much interested to listen to. But it was the only thing I found at that time. Now, I try my best to listen only to stuff I like. I use recording and paid program to choose only what I want to look at. This has cut my tv listening in two.

When I'm on my computer, I like to listen to audio book. I play the cd in my dvd player and listen to them on my tv. This helps me to get my positive time each day.

Tv tend to waste your time if you're not careful.

The breaking point

When you reach the breaking point, it's there that you separate yourself from the majority business owner. When you reach that point, you'll have to choose to change things or quit. Most will quit, because they think that it's the best things to do.

When you reach a breaking point, it means that you haven't been open enough to what's happening in your business to see it coming. And if you did see it coming, then you didn't take action to change what need to be change.

Sometimes, you see that it's not working, but you don't see what you should change. There's no shame in asking someone else what he think about your business and what you should do to make it better. Always choose someone that is inspiring your with his or her success. Never go to someone that has no idea how a business should go. The best would be to have a partner that has something to get if your business grow. That person would have something to gain from your success. Even if it's only 1% of the money you'll make, with an healthy business.

Stay away from people that have nothing to loose by giving you their opinion. And more, when they have something to gain from your failure.

The breaking point should never be the end of your business. It should be a step into making it better.

You can do so much work by yourself. Selling your time for money has a limit.

Most people don’t want to enter the world of business because they think it’s too much trouble. They want the simple life of letting someone else taking all the risk.

You’re not one of those people. You're reading this.

So, how can you make more money with the time you have?

By using the concept of leverage.

One of the best example is the big yellow M. At first, there was one restaurant, and then they multiplied their income without changing the concept. They helped others becoming rich, and in the process they become rich.

Today, you know how successful they are, but when they started they had to convince a lot of people that it was a great idea.

The top businesses on the internet are using the concept of leverage.

You’ll create leverage by finding people that are motivated to create a second income. And help them building that second income. As they become successful, so will you.

You bring two things on the table for your new associate.

- You’ll provide the opportunity.
- You’ll provide the support.

When someone starts a new business, they’ll find themselves in front of the critics of all their families and friends. And most will quit if they don’t have the support needed to stay focused on their goal. This is where your support is mostly needed. Helping your associate to stay focuses on their goal and dream.

Your associate will not work for you, they’ll work for themselves. You’ll benefit from their success and they’ll benefit from your support. At some extent, you’ll work for them. 

In time, you’ll end up with a team of associate as motivated as you and the money will flow in.

You can still make a lot of money alone, but with a motivated team there’s no limit.

No time to build a business...

A lot of people will say: “I don’t have the time!”

Believe me, I can understand; I was there too. 

I was working on a 9 to 5 job and just didn’t have the time to work another 1 to 2 hrs more. My social life was taking all I had left. At that time, it was “OK” with me. But I was going nowhere. I had big dream. I had big hope in my future. I was reading a lot about getting what I wanted. But I was doing nothing. I didn’t had the time.

I was stuck until I realize “I'll have to do it”, because nobody would do it for me. There’s no secret path to wealth. There’s no easy way to become rich. What ever you want, you’ll have to act to get it. No ones can do it for you.

Here‘s one thing I know to be true: If you have a strong enough desire to do something … anything … you will find the time.

There’s one thing you must ask yourself right now. “How bad do you want it?”

Write what you want on a piece of paper and pin it where you can see it. Every day, take 30 seconds to feel it.

Can you feel how it will be when you’ll pay for all your bills and still have a lot of money to use?

Can you feel how it will be when you’ll shop without reserve?

Can you feel how it will be when you drive that new car?

Can you feel how it will be when you’ll enter that new house?

Serious seller or not?

Don't deny the fact, if you're an affiliate to a product, you're selling that product. So you're a seller. Most of us don't have a product to sell, we only sell the product of someone else and make money with our commissions.

It's ok to do so. I do it myself.

If you're only trying to sell, then you should find yourself a job. You'll never make money if you only try to make a sell. You have to give it all and make the sales. It's only a little part of the internet affiliate that are really making money. They give their best to make it. In fact, they give more then anyone to get to the top.

The top promoter on most of the large marketing program are also the ones who makes money. The more you are out there and the more you'll earn.

Even if what you're selling is junk, you'll find buyers if you get enough people to see your ad.

Then, when you have the traffic, it's all about the quality of your ad, the quality of the product, your personal branding and the quality of the people that you bring to your ad.

The first step is to promote everyday. Even if it's an hour, it's an hour more to your advertising. You have to realize that the top are investing much more then just one hour. If you want to be among them, then you'll have to do much more.

There’s no “Free Lunch” when you want to build a home business.

There's so many “Get Rich Quick Scam” out there. Every time someone comes to me with the new one, I ask myself how much time before that person realize that he isn’t going to make a penny out of it. I’m sorry when I saw someone quitting building a business online. There’s a way to build a business online.

The fact is: most people will fail to build an online business because they don’t put the work needed. The minimum time to invest in your business is 2 hrs a day.   

Your work ethic will determine your success.

You can still build an online business with less then 2 hours a day. But you’ll get less results and it will take a lot more time to reach a profit level.

The success always comes to the ones who deserve it. You have to deserve if you want to have it.

Are you taking action?

When a sparkle hit you.

We all get those strange idea coming at random moments. At first, we think it's a great idea and our first reaction is to want to act on that idea. But most won't do anything. Not because the idea isn't good but because we're scare of acting on it.

Then we create some very good reason to not doing it. And as time goes by, we end up thinking it was a stupid idea. Sooner or later, we come across our idea or something close to it that has been developed by someone else. And we ask our self “What if?”.

Will you let someone else having success with an idea that you got?

And I'm not talking about someone steeling the idea from another. If you can think about it, someone else can too. So you can't never know if you're the first one to have that idea. And if you don't act, you can't never know if someone else did or will until it's too late.

When you take action, you never know if you'll succeed or not. But if you don't take action, you're sure to fail.
