Incarnate peace

If you want peace in the world, then become the incarnation of peace.

“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.”
 - Mahatma Gandhi

Don’t wait for something to come up and change what you would want to change. Don’t wait, don’t expect or hope, if you want something to change, you’ll have to take action on it.

“Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.”
 - Barack Obama

Don’t fight against change, work along with it so you get the better out of it. Action can’t assure your success, but it gives you a lot more chances that you’ll get what you want.

Being idle is like surfing the wave of the ocean without any way to navigate and hoping to get where you want.
 Learn with a pro!!!

Patience to success

“Patience is not simply the ability to wait - it's how we behave while we're waiting.”
 - Joyce Meyer

Be patient, but don’t stay there waiting. Create your life, work everyday and be patient. It will become what you are working for.

“Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.”
 - Napoleon Hill

Success always comes to those who keep on doing what needs to be done. Persistence is the most powerful tool you can ever have.

If you keep on doing your best, you’ll end up becoming one of the best. Time always work the best for the hard worker. Giving up never provide anything great.

Patient people usually get what they want for good or bad.

“Great works are performed not by strength but by perseverance.”
 - Samuel Johnson

Being patient while doing nothing will bring what you work for and it’s nothing. You’re not getting anything done doing nothing.

Being patient in getting what you are working for is the way to success. Keep on working and not getting is the way to build patience.

Prepare for success

How much prepare do we have to be if we want to reach success?

That’s a very good question. If we want success, we need to prepare.

But if we prepare too much, we could end up doing nothing and fail.

So, do prepare, but never do it to the point of never doing anything.

It’s better to do something, even the wrong one then doing nothing and fail anyway.

“Success depends upon previous preparation, and without such preparation there is sure to be failure.”
 - Confucius

One good tip about this, you prepare until you can see the result in your head. When you can see the result, you act upon it.

No preparation will make a sure success. You can still fail even if you prepare.

Leaders are crushing it!

Be the person you want your associate to be.

“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.”
- John C. Maxwell

You can’t follow someone who’s not worthy to be followed. It’s the same for all your associate. They won’t follow you if you don’t have anything to show them.

You have to be on the road and walk the road to have any hope that someone will come and join you on your trip.

Do what needs to be done and let every ones see that you are doing it. The ones who are looking for a great leader will come to you. You have to be out there and crush it. No slacker ever gets associate that are doing more then them. If you have an associate that is doing more then you. Upgrade your game! Because, in a near future, that associate will find someone better to be around.

Success Habit

You build your habit.

“Once you learn to quit, it becomes a habit.”
 - Vince Lombardi

Do you want to be a winner or a quitter?

You have a choice in your habit. If you choose to let them become without deliberately choose what they’ll be, then you’ll be living a life that you did not choose.

“There is no influence like the influence of habit.”
 - Gilbert Parker

And what is wonderful with building your habit, it’s that you are in charge of choosing what they’ll be. Understand that you’ll have to work really hard to build the habit you want to build. Even more when you already have some habit that need to be changed. But in the end, it’s all up to you.

“
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.”
 - Aristotle

If you really want to do the right thing, then you’ll learn what is right. But if you don’t care, then you’ll never learn what is right to do. You’ll do what ever you have done before. We should always question our habits, just to make sure that they are what we really want to have.

“Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.”
 - Jim Ryun

Motivation is important and should be a continuous source of energy. But habits will prevail when the battery gets low and everything seems difficult to do. A good tip to help you fill up your battery again is to give a true compliment to someone else without any expectation to get anything back in return. You’ll see the energy that will come back to you.

Love the simple things

We all seek to add years to our life. But do we really enjoy the ones we already have.

Simple things are the basic to have a good life. If you feel good with what you have, then you already have the start to enjoy. If you focus on what you don’t have, you don’t enjoy anything. In the end, we remember the moment of joy.

“In the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.”
- Abraham Lincoln

Focus on the simple and enjoy life. You have the power to find the simple in any situation. It’s up to you to choose to find it or not. And even when you don’t find it at once, if you keep focusing on your quest to find it, you’ll feel the joy of doing so. Focusing on the simple and enjoying it will help you stay happy.

“Life's most persistent and urgent question is: 'What are you doing for others?'”
- Martin Luther King, Jr.

Joy can come from doing simple things for others. Many people under-estimate the benefit of doing something to help others. You’ll know your limit and you should respect them.

What is simple for you can be very complicated for someone else. Always set the level of what you do with what you can do. Go along with what you feel is within your capacity.

Leader or Boss?

Work on yourself and the team will come to you.

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”
 - John Quincy Adams

A leader you can become. Your own team you can build. The first thing you need to do is to choose to do the work. Then you start to work on yourself.

What you do will always take the first place in what your team will do. If you want result among your team, then you’ll have to get result by yourself first.

Do and they shall do the same.

Be and they shall become.

An imposed leader will never be the real leader until he is taken as so by his team. A leader has to gain the respect of the team. No leader can impose their leadership. Leadership can’t be forced. It has to be gain.

Forced leadership is always an illusion. It will stand as long as the team members don’t get a way out. As soon as there’s a way out, the leadership will shift.

No amount of money can buy you a team. You have to deserve them.

Your team will always be at your level. If you want to raise the lever of your team, start with your own level.

Influence in the world

You have influence in what the world will become. You are part of what is the world.

“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.”
- Mahatma Gandhi

It all start with you. You are the first step into changing the world. Don’t wait for someone else to do it for you. Do it for you and the world will respond to it.

As soon as we are aware of what happens in the world, we can’t deny our responsibility into it. Don’t underestimate the power you have to change things that you can't physically touch. Your influence will mix with the influence of others and it will become the reality.

We don’t always become aware of the influence we have on the world. Sometimes, things change for good or bad without us knowing about it.

Nice goes around

Be nice, it’s very cheap.

“Few things in the world are more powerful than a positive push. A smile. A world of optimism and hope. A 'you can do it' when things are tough.”
- Richard M. DeVos

The reward is the warm feeling you get when you are truly nice with someone else. Don’t expect more.

“Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.”
- Leo Buscaglia

Would you like to earn the reputation of being a life changer? Would you like people to remember you with the good you have done in their life? To be so, you just need to make the effort to for it.

Greatness is about many occurrences. Leave a positive trace in many people life’s and you’ll be immortalize.

How can you be nice?
1.     Smile: It may seems obvious, but so many people don’t smile. This will help to be taken as a nice person. Your smile needs to be sincere.
2.     Make small talk: Don’t underestimate the power of asking how someone is doing. Again, be sincere doing so. Everyone knows if you are or not, and it will make all the difference. Small talk is the start when you want to build a relation with someone.
3.     Be polite: Simple things can earn you a very good reputation. Opening the door for someone else, leaving your seat to someone, using mister and misses when you talk to someone you don’t know and using please - thank you.
4.     Offer help: When you think someone need help, then offer to do so. A lot will not want it, but it will be taken as a very nice gesture to offer.
5.     Use their name: Make the effort to remember the name of every people that is presented to you. Instead of apologizing because you forgot the name, it will become a very positive energy into this relation as you remember the name.
6.     Don’t judge: Don’t judge people on their look. Take the time to know them a little before you choose to respond to them. Be nice to everyone, even the people who are not nice with you.
7.     Be a good listener: People who can listen are seen as nice people. You’ll need to respect your agenda and learn to stop when you don’t have any more time to give to that person. You can set another meeting for later if that person still want to share with you.
8.     Avoid gossip: Don’t play the gossip game. Be polite and let people know you don’t want to join in gossip. In the short term, people will see you as an outsider. And later, you’ll become the friend of everyone who don’t want their life expose to all. In the end you’ll win.
9.     Share: All that you share will come back to you. It could come back in some other form, but it will come back. Share all that you possess. Do it with a sincere heart.
10. Treat and treated: Always treat people the same way you want them to treat you.
11. Try to see the other side: Do your best to see the point of view of the other. Placing yourself on the side of the person in front of you will help you relate to them.
12. Keep the mood light: When you have to be with someone who’s stressing you, try to light up the mood. Don’t enter the mood of the other, impose yours with some goof or jokes that will light it up.

Usually, nice people will get more invitation to join project and activities. When choosing between two people with the same qualities, we always go for the one we think is nicer.

Emotion drive

Don’t underestimate the power of emotion. When emotions are involved everything you do is more powerful. For good or bad, it will change your life.

When you invest yourself into building your dream, you invest your emotion and your passion into that dream. This will bring a lot more energy and power to your action. But if you start to rage about the lack of result, that emotion will destroy all you invested before into building that dream. You are your worst enemy.

“Sometimes things become possible if we want them bad enough.”
-         T. S. Eliot

Do you invest yourself into building your dream? Do you want it bad enough? Do you let negative energy destroy what you have already done?

“Victory is always possible for the person who refuses to stop fighting.”
-         Napoleon Hill

When you want something really bad, you invest a lot of energy into getting it. But if you start to doubt you’ll get it, then you are moving into a destructive direction. Doubt will destroy all the work you have done before.

Doubts are hard to overcome. One thing you can do that will help is to focus on the dream and how happy you will be when you’ll get there. Attach real feeling to that dream and you’ll have more power to overcome doubts.

There’s no easy way. You’ll have to work on your motivation to keep going on.

Dream Big

Dream big dream and don’t stop there!

We all have the chance to build something with our dream. The biggest excuses for not building our dream is always coming from us.

“Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world.”
 - Joel A. Barker

Dreamers are not always doers. Dreams should never stop there. The dreams need to find their way into reality.

Your dreams are as great as anyone’s dreams. Don’t under estimate how great your dreams are. As long as they are great within you, they’ll become great for the lives of others too.

“Success is not a destination, but the road that you're on. Being successful means that you're working hard and walking your walk every day. You can only live your dream by working hard towards it. That's living your dream.”
 - Marlon Wayans

Dream needs to become reality. And to become reality, they’ll need lots of work from you. No one else will build your dream, you have to do it.

If you don’t work on your dream, someone else will hire you to work on theirs.

Break the limits

Most people think that the limit they have comes from outside. But they come from them. What you think you can do, is the limit to what you can do.

“Don't limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve.”
- Mary Kay Ash

You have the key to your success. You have the power to achieve your dream.

“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
- Napoleon Hill

What ever happens outside, you have the choice on how you react to it. How you react is you’re most powerful key to impose your will on what will come next.

Your limit is not what happens outside; it’s how you react to it.

Success is never about luck. It’s all about doing what you think is best. Taking action is always the best way. Sometimes you choose the wrong things, but it should never stop you. Adjust and keep going on.

Forgive and move on

You can’t change the past. You can’t change what did happen. You can only change how you choose to react to it right now.

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
 - Martin Luther King, Jr.

Forgiveness is not for others, it’s for you. It will liberate you from the burden of hate that is gripping your heart.

Forgiving is clearing the negative energy poisoning your life. That poison will drag you down if you keep drinking from it.

“When you forgive, you in no way change the past - but you sure do change the future.”
 - Bernard Meltzer

Forgiving is not for the week. It takes a lot of courage to forgive and move on.

“You can't forgive without loving. And I don't mean sentimentality. I don't mean mush. I mean having enough courage to stand up and say, 'I forgive. I'm finished with it'.”
 - Maya Angelou

You just can do your best right now.

“Forgive yourself for your faults and your mistakes and move on.”
 - Les Brown

“Forgiveness means letting go of the past.”

 - Gerald Jampolsky

Creativity without fear

How many good ideas have you left uncreated?

How many times have you left someone else earned a lot of money with a product that you thought wasn't good enough for the market?

The reality is that you were afraid. What ever you choose to justify not taking action, it is all come down to being afraid.

How can we learn to go over our fear so we can be as successful as we should be?

-         The first thing to do is to acknowledge there’s a fear involve. If you don’t acknowledge your fears, you can’t work on them
-         The second thing is to identify the fear. Don’t skip this step.
-         The third thing is to understand why you have that fear. You need to understand the root of that fear. This is one of the hardest parts. On top of that fear, there’s a lot of justification that has been put there. For most of us, justifications are seen as good. But, when we think about it, we can understand that they’re just tools to not taking action and face our fear.
-         The last thing is to face your fear. Among all these steps, this is the hardest one. Look at all the people that are successful, they all do what most won’t. If you want to be among them, you’ll have to face your fear.

This is not a miracle process! The stronger the fear, the harder it will be to overcome them. You could be in need of the help of someone else to take care of them.

“Action is the foundational key to all success.”
 - Pablo Picasso

Take action to get out of the fear zone. It’s better to start and work on it then to put it on the side for another day. Taking action now will make all the difference in the end.

“To fight fear, act. To increase fear - wait, put off postpone.”
 - David Joseph Schwartz

Blog story!

Having a blog is not a walk in the park. You have to be ready to give more then just a piece of yourself. Having a blog is being ready to open your heart and put it into words.

“Never give up. And most importantly, be true to yourself. Write from your heart, in your own voice, and about what you believe in.”
 - Louise Brown

Don’t treat your blog as an advertising platform. It can provide advertising, but it must have content before you put any ads in there. With a blog, content isn't about fact, it’s about the words that you wrote. Yes, it’s simple, wrote what you think about. Put your soul in each and every post.

“I think there's plenty of room for blogs that exist to pay the blogger, or blogs that exist to turn a profit. That's just not the kind of blog I'm writing, and I'm not the kind of blogger that could do that.”
 - Seth Godin

Earning from a blog can be done, but if you write a blog to earn a living then you’ll have to find a way to be creative and promote it all around. You have to become a reference in what you write and talk about.

“I'm not sure blogs are necessarily the best place to get a pulse on anything. People want to blog for a variety of reasons, and that may or may not be representative.”
 - Steve Ballmer

When you want to get a pulse on a subject, you have to take in as many sources as you can about it. Representative or not, each blog talking about the subject you’re interested in can bring you useful information.

Myself, I like to write timeless info. I like to write without any time label. I like to write without any direct link to what is happening in the world at that moment. I like to write about a subject in a way that would be interesting in 5 or 10 years from the moment of post.

No one can become successful with a boring blog. You have to deliver good stuff if you ever want to have any success with your blog. You can fool people with one or two post, but in the long term you’ll have to prove your creativity. Don’t believe that you can hide behind some pre-created post and build an audience.

Build your blog with your own stuff. Don’t pay someone else to write your post.
