and goal that will ask you to stretch a little more to go further.
Discipline will keep you from wasting your time on useless
activities taking you away from your goals. The first thing you need to ask
yourself is: “How much do you really want it?”
Someone with discipline will start with the hard stuff
before the easy ones. Because, you need to be top shape in order to give your
best with the hard stuff.
