Words

Words that are pronounced can’t be erased. They have release an energy that has taking shape in reality. You can do your best to rectify the wrong, but you cannot erase it.

Pronounced words are given the power to influence reality. So, it’s wise to take the time to choose them carefully.

Word with action will impose a stronger mark into reality. So, don’t just talk, act also.

Choose to be happy!

For a lot of people, this is impossible to them. Why some people are happy and others not?

A study found out that happiness is more strongly associated with the level of respect and admiration we receive from peers. UC Berkeley Cameron Anderson

Study participants who took time to “savour” ordinary events that they normally hurried through, or to think back on pleasant moments from their day, “showed significant increases in happiness and reduction in depression”, says psychologist Sonja Lyubomirsky.

Avoiding comparison could help you to stay happy. Comparing ourselves with others can be damaging to happiness and self-esteem. Focusing on our own personal achievement leads to greater satisfaction, according to Sonja Lyudomirsky.


Having meaningful goals could help you to be more happy. “People who strive for something significant are far happier than those who don’t have strong dreams or aspirations.” Say Ed Diener and Robert Biswas-Diener. “Happiness lies at the intersection between pleasure and meaning. Whether at work or at home, the goal is to engage in activities that are both personally significant and enjoyable.” Say Tal Ben-Shahar.

Fake smile can’t make you happier. But if you choose to see the positive in a situation and then smile about it, then you’ll be happier. A fake smile with negative emotion will never make you happier. Smile because you know good things will come for you.

Give away with purpose and you’ll be happier. Helping a neighbour, volunteering, or donating goods and services results in a “Helper’s high”, and you get more health benefits than you would from exercise or quitting smoking.” Say Researcher Stephen Post.

Present happy




Something that happened in the past can't be changed.

It's done you can't come back and modify it. The only thing you can change is how you look at it.

There's always a way to change how we see the past. We can't change the reality of it, but we can change how we look at it.

If you choose to change how you see your past, then you can change it. It’s all about you.

If you choose to cherish those moments, then they stay vivid in your mind. The more you bring back memories, the more vivid they remain in your brain. If you don’t bring them back, they’ll start to become blur and someday you’ll remember only some part of it.

Choose to remind yourself of the good moments. Bring back the good feeling of those moments. And you’ll bring it into your present. Happy memories brings the happy into the present.

Action





Action can become a very high mountain to climb for most people.

There are many people that just think they can’t do anything about it. So they wait to see what will happen.

It’s the same with most business. There are a lot of lookers and so little doers.

The ones who take actions are the only ones who can hope for success. Those who don’t do anything, always fails.

Yes, you can fail if you take actions. But you can also succeed! People who succeed are all doers.

Believe
