Don't be a loser!

“Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.”
 - Winston Churchill

Failure is hard. That’s why most people will stop when they fail. They just don’t understand that failure never wins when you keep going on until you reach success. All the bad days and the bad choices are forgotten when success arrive. It’s like if success comes out of thin air from nothing.

That is the main reason why most people will say that successful people are lucky. There’s no luck in success.

“Shallow men believe in luck. Strong men believe in cause and effect.”
 - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Hard work will always looks like luck to most people. The hard working people will know what lies behind success and they will celebrate the achievement. Hard working people are always happy for the success of others. It will come back to them.

“Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, and live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.”
 - Swami Vivekananda

Hard working people always choose to focus on what really help them to reach their goals. They set up priorities and follow them. If they find out they choose the wrong ones, they just readjust and keep going on. Hard working people don’t stop because they find a mistake in their work; they change what is wrong and keep going on.

Success is not an easy concept; it has so many ways to become that you can’t always predict when it will come. But if you keep going on and work hard, success always end up gathering around you.

Reach your full potential

“The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.”
 - Confucius

Nothing great is ever done by people who aren’t intending to do so.

Don’t be among the mass, stick out and be who you are meant to be.

In that quote of Confucius, what I like the most is “the urge to reach your full potential…” Having the urge to reach your full potential is what drives most of us to work hard.

The urge is something that you only can develop. No one can choose what will be your urge.

Garbage build garbage...

Feed Your Mind with Inspiration and Wisdom

Have you ever noticed that your thoughts tend to ―snowball the more you focus in a particular direction?  The more you focus on things that make you feel frightened, the more those fearful feelings will continue to grow.

On the other hand, if you can distract yourself from those fearful thoughts – even for a few minutes – you will notice that you automatically start focusing in a more positive direction.  Even better, this snowball effect can last for hours, long after you have stopped deliberately focusing on positive thoughts.

For this reason, deliberately feeding your mind with positive material from books and films can have a powerful calming effect on fear.  Some of the best sources of inspiration and wisdom are works of inspiring literature, empowering non-fiction books, and films that deliver messages about courage, strength, and joy.

Not only can you absorb positive thoughts by reading the books and watching the films, you can take it a step further and jot down a few insights about them in a blank journal and explore how they might apply in your own life.

Even if you live in a negative environment, you still choose to let it in or not. You can block garbage from invading your mind by deliberately stopping the flow going in you. It’s as simple as closing your eyes and look somewhere else when you don’t feel good about what you see. It’s as simple as cutting the chatting of someone who’s talking garbage to you. It’s as simple as to stop reading what is making you feel bad. You are in charge of what you let in. Listen to the physical alarm you have inside of you.

Garbage in - garbage out.

Within

All the wonders that you create comes from inside of you. There’s so much that you can create, so much good and beauty that you can bring into the reality.

It all comes from within you.

“What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you.”
 - Ralph Waldo Emerson

You are so much better then what you did or what you will do. You are the creator of your reality. Everything around you is only a response to your inner demands.

You want the best, make your demand become the best.

Impose yourself into your reality.

Plus One

Are you doing more then what you have already done? If not, is it because you think you can’t or because you don’t want to invest the energy?

If you want to do more, then you only need to do plus one. That’s it. You don’t need to do more then plus one. And you should keep it growing slowly instead of trying to make it grow in one day.

In our society of production and performance, we feel the pressure to do everything in one shot. As when your boss asks that you do the job faster because he wants it for yesterday…

Doing it that way will only destroy the drive and energy that you have. When everyday is only job and more job, even if you like what you do, you end up burned up and wasted to do anything more. Some company (that I will not name) are doing just that, they put so much pressure to perform on their work force that they have a high rate of experienced worker leaving their company. Those company ends up burning their entire most experienced worker. They think that they can put anyone on that chair and that it will all go well. But the reality is not so nice; they end up with a bad reputation with less qualified worker willing to come working for them.

Doing more is good when it’s built around a dare. Yes, you just need to dare your worker to do a little more. Not for the company, but for themselves. Yes, plus one is all about the person who’s doing it for themselves.

Some would say that you should do this everyday. Me, I would suggest to do it every week. Start with a plus one per week.
