A little word of encouragement can change a lot of things.
Too many people are underestimating the power of encouragement. They think that it doesn’t matter. In the end, it will always matter. And sometimes, it’s all that matters.
Be true with your encouragement, say what you really think and like. And say it with simple words. No need to get complicated here.
“If you are a leader, you should never forget that everyone needs encouragement. And everyone who receives it – young or old, successful or less-than-successful, unknown or famous – is changed by it.” – John C. Maxwell
And even better, those good words will bring back more then you gave. Its wheel of good energy, you have to start it moving and then it will roll on its own. You’ll find out that you’re giving and getting continuously.

If you choose to take that path, you’ll find out that life will be nicer.
