Associate yourself...


Online, people think that business is easy because the internet is all about connecting with others. But the truth is that it's even more difficult to associate with others. The best way to associate yourself with others has always been to meet and share. After some times, you could start a project and build something with others.

On the internet, you don't meet in person. There's always something between you and the others. And this can let people misleading you from their real intention. In others words, you can get screwed if you trust anyone. You still need to get to know the people you want to associate with. You have to learn who they really are before you give them your trust.

Without trust, you can't associate yourself with someone else. And trust is built with time and action.

I have been in a few team since I started my quest to earn a living from the internet. They all pitched me with the power of team. That in their team I would get more support. That they would help me to build my downline and even more lies that they promise me. None of those team did what they promise me. They all failed to deliver the goods. They took my money and left me out there at the end of a downline with no support.

I'm sorry, but teams are junk. None ever provided half of what they promise.

I would love to associate myself with other motivated business builder on the web. People that I could trust and that I would be proud to associate myself with them.

I still believe that we can build a business on the internet, but I know that it can get really hard to find the right people to associate with. There's so much junk out there.

Negative news...

I do my best to stay away from the TV and all it's negative energy. My wife, she likes to watch the news. So, at least once a day I find myself in contact with that negative energy. I keep telling myself that I can take it and it will not bring my spirit down. But in reality, I have to work harder to stay focus and full of energy.

I love my wife and I respect her choice of taking in that negative energy. I really hope that she'll realize how bad that energy is and how down we get when we listen to it. I don't want to push anything.

Two days ago, we were listening to the news and they were talking to a mother who had lost her daughter in the accident of Lac Megantic. I got really sad and I drop a tear with that mother. What a nightmare those family are living. And I got really down after that.

That's why I wrote my post yesterday. Because I needed to let out some of the heavy emotion this has left on my shoulder. I don't know if this negative energy is good or bad. I just know how I felt, and it wasn't good. What could I do? I cannot change what happened over there. Nothing can be done to change that. It's done and we have to live with it.

Yes, find someone guilty could be seen as a way to end this. But in reality, I don't think that it will help that much.

This nightmare has been going on for days in the news over here.

Interconnected...

Most of you have seen the accident in Lac Megantic. It's terrible. A lot of peoples lost their live over there.

People around here (Province of Quebec, Canada), want to know the cause of this accident. Peoples are calling out for someone to blame. The company in charge of the train has been doing one of the worst public relation work I have ever seen. The president is maybe one of the best in the train business, but he's a stupid man when he has to face something like that accident.

I know, a lot of people will say that the company (MMA for Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway) has been negligent and are responsible for all of it.

Me, I see things a little larger. In the last decades, the need for petrol has grown all over America. And that need ask for more traffic of petrol. MMA has only been answering the needs. They have followed the low security standard of the Federal Government of Canada. In reality, they provided the minimum requested and nothing more. Why? Because they wanted to make money! Is making money the only things that a business should care about? Maybe not... They knew that those train on those old railroad were dangerous. But they chose to take the risk and go on with it. The president said in his second of third comment that he was OK to pay the tickets that MMA would get about that accident. There's too much money to make, he know that he will make 100 times the price of the tickets as soon as he would get his train back on the track again. He even have already found a second railroad to bring the trains around

Another things, in my city Quebec City, we have the most highway per population in north America. In my city, we love cars. There's a lot of cars here. Our need for gas is linked directly to that accident. Even if we would like to let all of it on the lap of the president of MMA, we have to take the blame for it too.


We have trade our security for commodity. The next time you'll put gas in your car, think about those 50 peoples who died in a ball of flame last Friday. Next time, it could be your town....
