If you want something to become great, then focus on promoting it. If you split your promo with others stuff, then you show everyone that you don't believe in it. Why would others believe it?

Sometimes, people whine about the low result they get. To get result, you have to focus. Yes, it’s that simple. Put all your energy into that one things you want to accomplish.

I get angry when I find out about people that are promoting 4 to 5 different stuff, and think that it’s ok to do so. Then they complain about the low result they get.

First, don’t complain. It’s never going to get you anywhere. 

Second, you have to choose what you really want to do first. And when you choose, then work on it. Work on it for a long time. Not for one day or one week, not even one month, but at least 12 months.

Fast easy money on the internet!!!

Even if we all know it's only a dream, a lot of people still think that it can be done. Show me someone who did really become a millionaire without a sweat. There's none. All the ones who did make a living on the internet are working their ass out to make it work. There's no free lunch.

If we all know this, then why there's still a lot of people joining those scam program that are saying they can get you rich with no work from you? They all ask for your money so they can build your empire. The problem is when you paid, they stop working for you (or better, they stop working on you). The fact is that they only want your money. They will not help you to get anything. Because they don't have anything for you to get.

Some will give you pile and pile of training video or books so you can become the best. In reality, they know that you'll never read or listen to any of that stuff. You'll put it aside and wait for the best moment to do it. In the end, you'll never do it. So you bought that stuff to make you feel good. So you can say to yourself that you're on the right track to build your empire. You bought all of it to feel good about yourself. Even if you don't do anything, you'll still feel good. For a moment...    then you'll need to buy even more because all the other stuff is out of date. It goes on and on. Some people spend $200 to $500 a year on all that nice training they never use.

Wake up, learning is good. If you actually take action on it.

There's no quick way to become rich. You have to work.

Interconnected...

Associate yourself...


Online, people think that business is easy because the internet is all about connecting with others. But the truth is that it's even more difficult to associate with others. The best way to associate yourself with others has always been to meet and share. After some times, you could start a project and build something with others.

On the internet, you don't meet in person. There's always something between you and the others. And this can let people misleading you from their real intention. In others words, you can get screwed if you trust anyone. You still need to get to know the people you want to associate with. You have to learn who they really are before you give them your trust.

Without trust, you can't associate yourself with someone else. And trust is built with time and action.

I have been in a few team since I started my quest to earn a living from the internet. They all pitched me with the power of team. That in their team I would get more support. That they would help me to build my downline and even more lies that they promise me. None of those team did what they promise me. They all failed to deliver the goods. They took my money and left me out there at the end of a downline with no support.

I'm sorry, but teams are junk. None ever provided half of what they promise.

I would love to associate myself with other motivated business builder on the web. People that I could trust and that I would be proud to associate myself with them.

I still believe that we can build a business on the internet, but I know that it can get really hard to find the right people to associate with. There's so much junk out there.

Consciously working on your unconscious...

The root of all your problems is in your unconscious. To change that you can work on it consciously.

There's no perfect way to do this. You could pay for a professional to help you work on it or you could do this by yourself. Doing it by yourself will take more work and time. But in the end, you'll end up with some great result if you are serious about it.

Let's give you some good way to work on your unconscious.

First, you'll need to understand how much you're complaining. Complain is a destructive energy that will never bring anything good in your life. A good idea to understand how much you're complaining, it to put a bracelet on your wrist. You change the bracelet to your other wrist every time you complain. After a few days, you'll see how much you're complaining. To realize it will help you to stop doing it. A lot of you are thinking that all the bad things happening in your life isn't your fault. That it's OK to complain about it. If you keep this state of mind, you'll never get to anywhere. Keep in mind that complain is a destructive energy. And that bad energy will always be in your life as long as you keep complaining.

Second, start to use positive statement. When anything comes out of your mouth, make it positive. Positive statement will help you to see the good in everything. It will help you build your energy. Life will become better to you. You'll feel better. Negative statement will bring negative energy to you.

Third, bring good teacher into your life. There's a lot of free video on YouTube that you can watch. Do a search with  David Schwartz, Jack Canfield, Marci Shimoff, napoleon hill, Norman Vincent Peale, Joe Vitale and there's a lot more good people out there. Keep yourself into positive energy reading good books, listening to good audio book and joining good conference. Stay away from negative stuff from the TV, newspaper and any art entertainment. This is very conscious. You're making the choice of doing this or not.

The last thing that I would recommend you is to find yourself 3 Guardians. Those guardians will make a pact with you to guard your dream as you will guard theirs. To make it work with your guardians, you need to follow some rules.

-  No judgement. You will never judge when you'll have a talk with your guardian. You'll stay a good observer.
- Truth. You'll tell the truth. Always the truth.
- Focus. You'll keep your guardian focus on their goal as they'll do the same for you. Your guardian will see more easily that you're getting out of your goal.
- Consistent. You should talk to your guardians at least once a week. You could do this everyday, but it would need a lot of time investment.
- Secret. Everything that you'll talk with your guardian will stay between you two. Never talk about it with other people.

What ever you do, if you work on yourself it will change your surrounding. Your life will change. Your unconscious will change.

An Interesting idea!

Advertising your company is an art. You need to find ideas that will promote the qualities of your company and get you out of the pack.

Internet business have the reputation of being easy to advertise. But it's far from the truth. In reality, it's as hard to take an internet business and get it in front of the customers. You need as much work as in the outside world. It's has hard to make the contact with your customers on the internet.

And still, to get out of the pack you need a lot of work, good ideas and passion.

I just stumble upon a good idea to advertise your business. Outside and inside of the internet.

There's something out of the pack. Creating a set of paying card could become a great way to promote your business. Giving them away where you think they would be used and seen would be the finishing step of that advertising process. Camping, coffee shop, hospital, waiting room, plane and where ever you would find someone having some time to spare. As long as you can put your custom cards in front of people, it's OK to give them away.

If you choose to create cards that you want to sell, then it's another story. You'll need to choose the market and create the card for that market.

Faster than light...

Everything needs to be faster and faster in our time. Why?

We all think that the first one to bring a program on the internet will grab the market and makes billions. That's not true. Look around and you'll see that the top money maker on the web are all programs that has come to do something better. Yes, simply better. Google was not the first search engine. Facebook was not the first social program. Amazon was not the first book store on the internet. They're the best because they took something and made it better.

Instead of publishing a program that is not ready, you should take more time to make it the best you can. Don't take too long, but take the time needed to make it great.

Over working a program will build a spiral of new stuff to add. You should write down all those new idea and set them to be added later. You should work on your program to make it great.

Let's talk about the client...

We're all client of something on the internet. We pay for services and we want to get the best. Most of us understand that some problem need time to be resolved. But there's people who don't understand this. They want it all, and they want it now. If you don't deliver, they get really angry. Some of them are angry from the start because they think that you're trying to rip them off.

On the internet, we use text to communicate. This means that we all need to learn some of the basic social rules. First, when you write a text you need to think like the person who's going to read it. Sub jokes should never find their way in your text. Be polite and nice in your letter. Use smileys to make your text even more friendly. Never use an aggressive tone.

What ever you do, remember that you are making your reputation with everything you write on the internet. You never know when you'll need help from the person you just attacked on a chat.

Online Eldorado

Even if a lot of people would like online and offline business to be considered very different, reality is far from that.

Online business need you to do some learning. Yes, as offline business, you need to learn as you go and keep learning. You don't need to know it all to start, but you need to put some learning in your daily working time.

Online business need some funding. Yes, as offline business, you can start with nothing. But it's a lot easier when you can invest some money. Online, you can start a business with less then $100/month.

Online business is faster. No, it need as much time as an offline business to make a living online. You need to stay focus and work everyday.

Online business are scam. Yes and No, it's like a lot of offline business. There's scam and there's some great business also. As offline business, if you see stuff about becoming an instant millionaire, then it's a scam. There's no instant millionaire short cut online or offline. You'll have to work, sorry...

Online business advertising is cheaper online. Yes and Not, as in offline business, you can find lots of free advertising. But you'll have to invest a lot of time to make it work with those free ads. It's always better to do a mix of paid and free ads.

If you have a business online, you can't expand it offline. Wrong, you can expand your online business in your neighborhood if you want to. You can have your business card with the logo and the info to contact you and your business. You can create flyers to promote your business. You can do all you want. It's all up to you.

The main difference between online and offline business, is that you need a way to connect on the internet to make business online. That's it.

Anger...

Angry people don't listen much...

 Good leaders...     How good in leadership are you? Me, I know I still have a lot to work on. Instead of raging, I need to delay my reaction. On the internet, I was reacting really fast to what others were sending me. And I was just putting some oil on the fire. I lost so many friends over stuff that should never had come to that. Now, I take times before I reply to something that is stressing me. I do my best to take a step back and wait until I have a cold head before I write anything.

You should never answer an e-mail, twit, blog post, quick message, texto or anything like that if you feel anger. Anger will always get you more in trouble then you were before. Anger should never find it's way in any answer. I know that a lot of people think that anger can be good. And they can have their opinion, but I don't think like that. Anger cost me a lot more then it helped me to gain anything.

Listening (reading) and then taking the time to think about it, is the best way to do anything. When you feel that you need to take more time to think about it, then say so and take the time you need. People will see this as a mark of respect and they'll wait until you're ready to answer them.

Blog or no Blog

In reality, having a blog is not something for everyone. Sorry, but if you need someone else to write your post, it's a very good clue that you're not fit to have one.

If you pay someone else to take care of your blog, then you should invest your money somewhere else.

I see so many blog with one or two post. Others with a post 6 months ago. And others with one post full of banners.

Please, you must understand that having a blog is a responsibility. You need to feed it if you want it to grow. You need to take care of it if you don't want it to die of starvation.

Save a blog today!

And if you think that you can wrote a minimum of 3 post per week, then do it.

If you keep writing and learning. You'll end up with a blog that will help people on the web. There's a need for good blog on the web. Just do it!

Using torrent and sharing program:

You could create an e-book and share on those networks. It’s fast and can bring you a lot of traffic. And from that traffic, you’ll find new people to join your team. You have to create a link to your e-book using the technique describes on those web sites. You should submit your link at least once a week until you’ll have a lot of people sharing your e-book. If you need help in creating an e-book, join my the Free yahoo group.

Making an e-book:

Yes, you can make an e-book to promote your business. It’s all about how fast you’ll learn to use the tools. I wrote my first after 4 years on the web.

Please, put some content in your e-book. Empty ones will bring negative comment and your e-book will never become a great tool to promote your business.

Banner exchange:

You can find some free banner on the Yahoo Group. Those banners can be placed on a web site by pasting the code directly into the page. And you can also use those banners into banner exchange program.  

When you join a banner exchange, you’ll get a few lines of codes that you paste into your web site. When you get someone to visit your web site, it will give you points. Those points will be used to show your banner on another web site.

In reality, banners are ones of the less effective ways to promote. Most of the time, you have to show a banner 10 000 to 15 000 times before getting one click. Some would say that it’s a waste of time. Me, I would say that if you use the system I’m going to give you, it will be of some use and for little work. 

First, you open a web site. You can use a free web site.

Second, you join 2 or 3 free banner exchanges.

Third, you paste the banner exchange code into your web page (place one on top and the rest at the bottom of your web page).

Fourth, you join some auto surf program.

Fifth, you promote your web page (with the banner exchange code on them) on those auto surf programs.

Sixth, set your web page to have more then just banner exchange on it. Place some promo text and a few pictures in relation with the text. You have to include some information because; some banner exchange program will refuse your membership if you have only banner on your web page.

Seventh, you start the auto surf program (1 to 3 at the same time) when you are going to bed or leaving for work. If you have a phone line connection (unlimited), it would be better to use the auto surf programs during the night.

Don’t place the same banner exchange code more then once on your page. Doing so could get your account deleted. But most of the banner exchange will accept that you place the code on many different pages. If you create other pages, add the code to them also.

Paying bar:

This is a little software that you install on your computer. It’ll show you a pub on the desk top of your computer. As long as you’re connected to the internet and active, you get paid. You can also use your earning to buy advertising on that bar.

In conclusion about advertising:

There’s a lot of new idea that could came up and give you the chance to promote your business. You must always verify if those ideas could be seen as SPAM before using them.

Take the time to understand how each of them works. So you can use them with the maximum results.

What ever you use, remember that each of those can bring new people in your team. You should try all of them at least once. Me, I’m using most of them.

Stay focus with one business and promote every day.

When you’ll get better at using those free programs, then you’ll be ready to choose the ones that you want to upgrade with.

Remember that free advertising will demand more work.

Opt-in list:

Those are listing of people who wants to promote a business. You have to join the list before having any means to post in it. Some will allow you to post once a week, others once a month. You should use a free e-mail like Gmail with those, because of the quantity of e-mail you’ll get.

Stay focus, someone out there will notice that you are promoting the same business on and on. They’ll come take a look at what you have. In reality, most of us are looking for a long term business.

Paid to read:

Those are programs that will pay you to click links in an e-mail that are linked to advertising. To use those, you’ll have to view a lot of pub before having enough money or points to send your own pub.

It’ll bring a lot of mail into your mailbox daily. You should dedicate an e-mail to those programs only.

Buying ads in those are quite cheap.

Pop up or Pop in:

Those are codes that you place on a web page. It will open a new page with an ad on it as soon as people come to visit.

Stay away from those.

It’s an annoying way to promote and a lot of people are banning web pages that have those kinds of pub. And you don’t want your web page to be banned.

Lately, those have been blocked by surfing program like Internet Explorer and Firefox. It’s automated, so you’ll waste your time integrating a pop up on your website.

Screen saver exchange:

This is something very close to auto-surf. When your screen saver starts, it’ll log to the program and show web site on your monitor as a screen saver. This will earn you credits that you can use to show the web site where you have put your banner exchange code. You can even close your monitor and it’ll still work.

Social network:

Those web sites are base around the concept of building a network of contacts and friends. You should create a page telling everyone that you are involve in a business and that you are looking for some good people to associate yourself with. To develop your relation, you’ll have to visit other people page and ask them to become your friend. When they accept to become your friend, you should write a little comment (that you are happy to become their friend) with one link to your business. Don’t use a large banner, because it could be seen as SPAM.

You’ll have to surf the members database and find people that could be interested in your business or would have some interest that are in relation with yours. It’s mostly the same things with all of them.

Blog:

A blog can be a good way to promote. A blog is something like a personal journal posted on the web. Some are very personal and others are more informative.

To promote your business, you should start a blog talking about business or something in relation. I would recommend adding one post a day (Minimum 4 per week). You could present free documentation about business that you can find on the web. And if you do so, always post the link to your source for each of those posts. If you are creative, you can also write your own post. The more you post, the more chance you have that people will visit your blog.

When you post, you should use a ping page to let the web know about it. In your blog you can post your ads and promote your business.

Your blog could help you become a reference in your domain. And that would bring you a lot of free advertising.
