Tom Wacker did a great post yesterday. You should take a look at it. :)
I have been saying many times here, you are who you makes yourself to be. Nothing outside has the last word about who you are. The only influence that ends it all is your influence about you.
Stop searching for a source outside. If you fail, it's your fault. Yes, maybe there's some influence from outside, but in the end you are always the main reason. You end up choosing to follow or not.
There's too many people following the trend. They don't have much success because they always join too late. That's what they say, but in reality they never really commit to any project. So they never really get to the point that they work hard on anything. They don't feel it's their own project, so they jump out when they think there's something better out of it.
I have been like that for so many years. Sometimes, I get back to that mentality. I have to fight to stay away from the new stuff. The new things everyone are promoting. I have to stay focus and keep to my plan.
Are you a jumping business builder?
When a mage is sharing what's on his mind. Pick what you need. It's an open buffet for the mind.

Business mind...
The worker mind is hard to leave behind when we start a business.
When you work on a job, you sell your time and energy for a salary by the hour. We all start our adult life with a job and most of us will never think of another way to make money.
When we start a business, we have to leave behind that mentality of salary. We have to see the larger picture and the money that will come back in the long term.
I have been marketing online for a long time. And I was doing it with a worker mind. I wanted the money now. And I never had the chance to build anything that lasted. I was too interested in the fast return. I know that most of the people entering internet business are having the same problem as I did. A business is more then a job. It's an investment that you make for yourself. The work you're doing is for you.
Yes, you can become a sales representative for a company on the internet. There's a lot of them out there. But you should really go for your own business or a company who offers a great downline bonus plan. You'll be making a lot of money with an multi level marketing (MLM) if you know how to wait for your downline to grow.
Building a business with a worker mind will not bring you half of what it could have bring you with a business mind.
So start to think business and build yourself a legacy.

Ask the question...
You are the power behind your idea.
You get great idea coming to you at random moments and random places. You just need to be ready to write them down and work on them.
But, how do you ask for those good ideas? You just ask, that's it. There's nothing complicated in this. You just need to ask the right question.
Mike Michalowicz made a great post about this.
It's better to take your time in choosing the good word for your questions then to do this as a dump. You'll get the answer, even if it's a cheap one you wanted. Take the time to ask the real question you want and you'll get the best answer you can get.
If you want to become an internet superstar, then as it directly like this. How can I become an internet superstar? And even better, you should add that you want to make it from where you are. How can I become an internet superstar with who I am right now? And if you go one step ahead. How can I become an internet superstar with who I am and what I have right now?
The more specific you are, the more specific will be the answer to what you want.
Leave it working... give it the time to get back to you... You never know when the idea will come to you. You have to be patient and grab it as it will come. Stay positive and believe in this great idea and it will come to you. And the last thing, if you get your great idea, start to work on it. There's always something you have to do.

Are you a Victim?
Are you addicted to being a victim?
When things go wrong, how do you react?
I Just read a good post by Henrik Edberg - How to move away from the victim mentality.
And I wonder how much of my friends and family fits into this mold. Me, I started to think that I was in charge a long time ago. A good friend, the great philosopher Andre Moreau (Website in French) gave me the tools to grow myself and learn to be in charge of my life.
I think that it's OK to make mistake. And that we have to learn from them. I think that it's always our choices that are the source of all we live. Sometimes, we're not making them consciously and think that we didn't had any responsibility in the result. When you become a victim, you attract the evenment to respond to your guts feeling.
Please, stop thinking that others are in charge of your life. Start to take responsibility for what you have and what you get everyday.
