After we crafted a post, we want people to read them. And most of us don't have a budget to pay to get people in front of our blog.

I'll share with you some of my tools to bring real people in front of my blog post.

Here are some rules to live by if you want to become a good blogger.

1-     First, you need to write a post everyday. I know, most of us can’t write a post everyday. Sometimes, we just can’t find the energy to write 10 words on a piece of paper. But, some other days, we can write 10 pages with the same times that we took for the 10 words. Then, you should set a side the extra that you produce for the days that you are less creative. Having a bank of prepared post is the best way to keep on posting everyday.

2-     Content is king. Write interesting stuff. Keep your blog an interesting place to visit daily. If you want people to come everyday to your blog, you must give them quality.

3-     Keep on learning. Take one hour a day to learn something new. Learning is what will keep you on the edge to write good stuff. If you keep on learning everyday on a subject for 5 years, then you’ll become an expert in that subject.

4-     Promote your blog. You have to promote your blog everyday. Do something to get it out there so new people will come across it. Even if you don’t see that much return with the quantity of people visiting your blog, keep on promoting. What you’re planting today will bring you the traffic tomorrow.

5-     Answer the comment and be nice doing so. In fact, be nice with every people that comment your post.

Surfing the buzz!

Building a free source of advertising can be really good to your business.

One way to do this is to create a buzz. Creating a buzz could become many try and error, until you finally get something that is really making a buzz.

If you don't have the creativity to make your own buzz, then why not join on an existing buzz. Yes, you just need to take a look at what is the present buzz and find a way to join it with you business.

Traffic should become one of you main priority with your web site. Bringing people to your web site is the key to build your market. People usually needs to see your product 2 to 3 times before they start to think of buying it. So, if you don't a lot of sales in the first month, it's OK. As long as you keep bringing people to your product, the sales will come.

Quality Traffic

This week, I got a very strange e-mail. A company I'm associated with told me to stop promoting them in Traffic Exchange. They said that it wasn't providing quality traffic.

I was wondering why I never eared about them before. They think like Amway were thinking 20 years ago. They think that you must do a qualifying check up before sending someone to them. I was in the work of making splash page to brand me and promoting the program. But in the first days, I didn't had my splash page done. I sent 50 000 hits to them within 3 days and they didn't liked it.

Usually, all the program want you to promote them. And the more people you send them, the better. Out of the 50 000 hits, I had a unique hits ratio of more then 60%. This means that I sent more then, 25 000 unique people to their website.

I know they're making money and doing great. So, I have some questions.

Do the people surfing Traffic Exchange are unworthy customer?

Amway is one of the biggest MLM program in the world. They changed and opened to the internet lately. And they're even promoting on TV. They're building their brand on a larger market then when I was with them.

This new program is great, maybe the best one I came across in the last 10 years.

Does branding to a large market help building the image of a company?

Are we about to take a step back in how to promote a business on the web?

Or is this a step ahead in making money on the web?

How much traffic do you get?

Serious seller or not?

Don't deny the fact, if you're an affiliate to a product, you're selling that product. So you're a seller. Most of us don't have a product to sell, we only sell the product of someone else and make money with our commissions.

It's ok to do so. I do it myself.

If you're only trying to sell, then you should find yourself a job. You'll never make money if you only try to make a sell. You have to give it all and make the sales. It's only a little part of the internet affiliate that are really making money. They give their best to make it. In fact, they give more then anyone to get to the top.

The top promoter on most of the large marketing program are also the ones who makes money. The more you are out there and the more you'll earn.

Even if what you're selling is junk, you'll find buyers if you get enough people to see your ad.

Then, when you have the traffic, it's all about the quality of your ad, the quality of the product, your personal branding and the quality of the people that you bring to your ad.

The first step is to promote everyday. Even if it's an hour, it's an hour more to your advertising. You have to realize that the top are investing much more then just one hour. If you want to be among them, then you'll have to do much more.

Downline Builder

One of the way to make money on the internet is to build a downline. Most people don't realize how much work is required to get to the point of making money.

First of all, let's go into some sad truth. Most people will never upgrade in a free program. It's sad, but it's true. So, to make money you'll have to refer a lot of people. And not only that, but you'll have to get enough upgraded downline to reach the pay out minimum. Most will set it at $10.00, but some set it lower.

So, if you want to make money with downline in free program, you'll have to find a lot of people. And sadly, most will quit before getting their first pay out. When you quit with money still in your account, it's like if your giving that money to the owner of the program. That money is lost to you.

There's a lot of program that are Downline Builder only. They offer you to build your downline using their program. They choose what program you can build your downline in. Some even choose the best one (using their own method of analytic) and they offer you to build a downline in those only. I tried a lot of those. Even got a few ones that I upgraded into. And it didn't work much.

What I like to do now, is fill the donwline builder into program that are not a downline builder at first. As you can see a lot of Traffic Exchange do have a downline builder. I fill the downline builder in all the ones that I use the most and the ones that I'm upgraded with. Then, I go to the rest and fill the downline builder in them too. It's a lot of work, but I do beleive that I can be good. Because, you could get downline in lots of program for free. You just have to fill in your affiliate id.

To help me, I have created a notepad list of all the program I'm using with the affiliate link. And I get a new one, I ad it to the list. When I'm filling a downline builder, it's really fast as I don't have to log in all those program to get my referral id.

I would recommend first to use the downline builder of program that you are upgraded in. Then you can expand to all the program you're using.
