Who are you?

Personal branding...

You need to brand yourself. It's so powerful that some people are recruiting with their branding only. Anything they promote will bring new referral because people trust them.

You can do this with a pic of you or anything that you like. But a pic of you smiling is the best tools to build a positive reputation.

In the end, it's all about reputation...   When your reputation is established, you'll become a reference and people will join under you because of it.

Laws to build a good reputation:

- Promote all the time and everywhere. You need to bee out there so people will see that you are still active.

- Stick to the stuff you promote. There's nothing more damaging then a jumping promoter. If you promote SFI, then keep promoting it. The longer you'll promote it, the better your brand will be associated with it.

- Create new splash about what you are already promoting. This is a way to entertain people and build your brand.

- Make things interesting. Don't hesitate to promote yourself before the program you're in. Create an interesting brand.

- Don't follow others. Do your best to brand yourself with something out of the ordinary.

Quality Traffic

This week, I got a very strange e-mail. A company I'm associated with told me to stop promoting them in Traffic Exchange. They said that it wasn't providing quality traffic.

I was wondering why I never eared about them before. They think like Amway were thinking 20 years ago. They think that you must do a qualifying check up before sending someone to them. I was in the work of making splash page to brand me and promoting the program. But in the first days, I didn't had my splash page done. I sent 50 000 hits to them within 3 days and they didn't liked it.

Usually, all the program want you to promote them. And the more people you send them, the better. Out of the 50 000 hits, I had a unique hits ratio of more then 60%. This means that I sent more then, 25 000 unique people to their website.

I know they're making money and doing great. So, I have some questions.

Do the people surfing Traffic Exchange are unworthy customer?

Amway is one of the biggest MLM program in the world. They changed and opened to the internet lately. And they're even promoting on TV. They're building their brand on a larger market then when I was with them.

This new program is great, maybe the best one I came across in the last 10 years.

Here is this new program:  Stiforp

Does branding to a large market help building the image of a company?

Are we about to take a step back in how to promote a business on the web?

Or is this a step ahead in making money on the web?

Banner Ladder Blog!

I come across those blog a few times a week. There's one post and it's a series of banners from many programs. No content, just a blank promo. Others will try to write something about the program they want to sell, but it's still a blank blog.

I don't understand this trend. Why do you open a blog and write only one post? Why do you use a blog to promote a list of programs?

There's a ton of downline builder that could be better and offer you to promote those same program.

Do you really think that it's a good way to promote those programs?

If you want to promote a programs in traffic exchange, use a splash. The best tools for that is AdKreator.

Grab me, if you can!

Grab me, if you can!

I'm an old surfer. I've seen a lot of stuff and you need to be really creative to grab my attention when I'm surfing a Traffic Exchange.

Audio and video don't work with me. I surf with the sound off. I've always been surfing with the sound off. I like to listen to positive audio book or video when I'm surfing. So, if you want to get my attention, you need to do it with text or images. And most people don't have it.

If you promote the plain splash page generated by the owner of a program, then you are giving away any chances of getting my attention.

Create your own splash is mostly the only way to get me. Making me smile is the best way to grab me. Be creative and you'll deserve some of my time. Don't put more then 10 words on your splash, I won't read them. The larger the word the better. You must realize that I will be on your splash for less then 5 seconds. So you have to be quick, or I'll be gone.

And if you can't grab my attention, you ain't gonna get much people anyway. The internet is fast and you need to be fast if you want to sell your stuff on it. Be creative and grab the surfer if you want to make money!
