Know yourself!

How well do you know yourself?

I mean for real, how well do you know yourself?

Do you know why you say what you say?

Do you know why you do what you do?

You need to find what you automatically do. Find if it’s good for you or not. If it’s good, then do your best to become better in it. If it’s not good for you, start to change those for something better.

“Know yourself and you will win all battles.”
- Sun Tzu

Know your qualities and build on them. Become better then you ever have been using those qualities. Get yourself known as a synonym of those qualities.

You can’t never be too good. There’s always a place to get better.

 It's FREE!!!

Build a positive business

Take positive action.

They’ll have an impact on your life.

You first need to know yourself. Then you need to change what is negative to something positive.

Actions will make you feel good and it will help you creating a momentum in your life toward good things.

Good actions brings good reaction. If you keep on doing it, they’ll keep coming.

When you do good actions, you bring others into realising that it can be done. And some of them will follow your example. Doing good bring good. Keep working on it every day. Do your best to do one good action every day.

Most over estimate what we can do in a day and under estimate what we can do in a year.

Better yourself

You are your biggest obstacle to yourself.

There is no way for you to be more then you see yourself.

There is no way for you to be better then you see yourself.

If you don’t take the time to work on yourself, then you’ll stay at the level you are now.

“You’ll never get higher then how you see yourself.”
- John C. Maxwell

Before anything, you need to have the desire to better yourself.

Then, you have to accept that there’s work to do before you can hope to better yourself. At this point, most will give up. Most want to better themselves without putting any work. They want the magic pill.

And last, you have to accept to become better. You have to be able to see yourself better.

There’s so many people that are putting a lot of work and energy without believing that any of that will work out. And then, they get angry to see that they were right to think it would not work.

If you think it will not work, then it won’t.

Habits for winner!

Habits define who you are and what you shall be.

Even if you don’t consciously know your habits, they exist and influence your life.

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
 - Aristotle

The nice thing here is that you can consciously define your habits and change them. Changing them will help you choose better ones.

“Winning is not a sometime thing; it's an all time thing. You don't win once in a while, you don't do things right once in a while, you do them right all the time. Winning is habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.”
 - Vince Lombardi

The biggest difference between someone successful and someone who’s not is the habits they choose to have in their life.

What are those habits for success?

From the book “The seven habits of highly effective people” by Stephen R. Covey.

     Independence:

-          Be proactive: Take initiative in life by realizing that your decisions (and how they align with life’s principles) are the primary determining factor for effectiveness in your life. Take responsibility for your choices and the consequences that follow.
-          Begin with the end in mind: Self-discover and clarify your deeply important character values and life goals. Envision the ideal characteristics for each of your various roles and relationships in life.
-          Put first things first: A manager must manage his own person. Personally. And managers should implement activities that aim to reach the second habit. Covey says that rule two is the mental creation; rule three is the physical creation.

Interdependence

-          Think win-win: Genuine feeling for mutually beneficial solutions or agreements in your relationships. Value and respect people by understanding a “win” for all is ultimately a better long-term resolution than if only one person in the situation had gotten his way.
-          Seek first to understand, then to be understood: Use empathic listening to be genuinely influenced by a person, which compels them to reciprocate the listening and take an open mind to being influenced by you. This creates an atmosphere of caring, and positive problem solving.
-          Synergize: Combine the strengths of people through positive teamwork, so as to achieve goals no one person could have done alone.

      Continuous improvements

-          Sharpen the saw: Balance and renew your resources, energy, and health to create a sustainable, long-term, effective lifestyle. It primarily emphasizes exercise for physical renewal, prayer (meditation, yoga, etc.) and good reading for mental renewal. It also mentions service to society for spiritual renewal.

Just do it!

Can you sweat?

Really, if you can sweat, you can build your own success story.

Why do I talk about sweat and success, it’s because there’s no way around it. You want your dream to come true, it will take actions. You’ll have to sweat for it.

Work your ass off and you’ll get result.

There’s no secret pill for success.

“Doing it” will make you better. The more you’ll do it, the better you’ll become and the best your result will be.

“You’ve got sweat, right? You may not have connections, or an education, or wealth, but with enough passion and sweat, you can make anything happen.” – Gary Vaynerchuk

Opinions are cheap...

Critics can be destructive...

Yes, you can learn from good critic, but you can also sink from a destructive one. Don't ever think that you can get away when you destroy someones else dreams. If you don't want to help someone, don't give them your opinion. It's better to say that you don't know if you can give your opinion on it.

Don't play the know all. You don't know everything. Maybe you just can't see what this project can become. Maybe you just don't have the capacity to dream what this project could become. Anyway, you should never give a bad opinion when you don't have anything to loose from it. This means, that when you get a bad opinion from someone, ask yourself if that person has anything to loose from it. If that person has nothing to loose, don't listen to what they have to say.

Never take an opinion that has nothing to do with your business. You'll waste your time.

I know some people think that it's great to listen to what other has to say about their business. But in reality, if those person are not clients or associate, their opinion isn't worth much. Yes, you could be facing a powerful person with lots of contacts. Just take their opinion and find the best way to use it. But never use them as they are given to you, if that person doesn't have anything to loose by giving it to you.

Opinions are complicated. They can be altered by a lot of things. If you can't find what they can provide your business, put them aside. You'll find later what you could do with them.

When you improve your business, start with the faster ones that will have the lower cost. Then, go with the next one and so one. Never start improvement that will not provide a fast result.

Are you innovating?

Clearing a new road doesn't mean you know how to benefit from that work.

What I mean, is that you can create something totally new and just don't get the results that you would like with it. When you innovate, you don't always get the come back that you would like. This means that you need to dig into the heart of those who are using it to find what could be done to make it better. If you keep improving it, you'll end up with devoted people that are using it and it will grow with new people coming in to use it.

You can take a road that has already been cleared and do things better then them. That's another great way to build a business. You don't need to be the first, you just need to do it better.

What ever you do, if you take the time to listen to your users, you'll find better ways to get your business into their life. When a user start to become emotional about your business, that's when you know that you have hit the target. That user will bring more user and it will become more and more lucrative.

Faster than light...

Faster and faster...

Everything needs to be faster and faster in our time. Why?

We all think that the first one to bring a program on the internet will grab the market and makes billions. That's not true. Look around and you'll see that the top money maker on the web are all programs that has come to do something better. Yes, simply better. Google was not the first search engine. Facebook was not the first social program. Amazon was not the first book store on the internet. They're the best because they took something and made it better.

Instead of publishing a program that is not ready, you should take more time to make it the best you can. Don't take too long, but take the time needed to make it great.

Over working a program will build a spiral of new stuff to add. You should write down all those new idea and set them to be added later. You should work on your program to make it great.

Let's talk about the client...

We're all client of something on the internet. We pay for services and we want to get the best. Most of us understand that some problem need time to be resolved. But there's people who don't understand this. They want it all, and they want it now. If you don't deliver, they get really angry. Some of them are angry from the start because they think that you're trying to rip them off.

On the internet, we use text to communicate. This means that we all need to learn some of the basic social rules. First, when you write a text you need to think like the person who's going to read it. Sub jokes should never find their way in your text. Be polite and nice in your letter. Use smileys to make your text even more friendly. Never use an aggressive tone.

What ever you do, remember that you are making your reputation with everything you write on the internet. You never know when you'll need help from the person you just attacked on a chat.

The best is here!!!

Better, Best, New and other buzz word like that don't mean much in reality.

Yes, you need a good business to make money. But among the good business, you can choose the one you like the most and work with that one. I have been in so many good ones that I can tell you that success is never related to any one of them. They are only product and tools. You need to use them wisely to have success.

I see so many people that claim that their business is the best for one month and then, they stop promoting it...    so, it wasn't really the best...   or maybe it was, but not for that person. It doesn't matter with one is the best, because it's all about you. If you become more, then you'll get more. What ever the tools you use, you'll get more if you become more.

So, stop searching for the best and start to become the best yourself. Then, the right business will find it's way to you. :)

What do you really want????

We choose what we want to put our focus on. We choose where we're heading when put our energy in our focus.

"Most people don't realize how much passion they put into what they don't want. When you speak to a friend and you tell them all about an "awful" situation, you are putting passion into what you don't want. When you react to an event negatively, with the response that it is "terrible", you are putting passion into what you don't want. You are a beautiful passionate being, so make sure you direct your passion wisely."
- Rhonda Byrne

If you choose to focus on what you don't like, then you'll get more of what you don't like. This has nothing to do with a magic thinking, it's just the plain facts. Even if you don't want to see it, you'll get what you focus on.

You are in charge. No ones can choose for you.

If you complain all the time, you'll get more reason to complain.

What is it that you really want? And I mean, REALLY WANT!

Take the time to write it down. Yes, write it down Right Now!

You'll need to focus on what you want. If you haven't done this before, it could take you a long time to make it a habits. So, every evening before you go to sleep and every morning when you wake up, read what you just wrote. Try to see in your head what you want. Feel good about it. And then go on with your day. Keep doing this each day, and I mean EACH DAY for 30 days. After those 30 days, you should have created a habits of doing this. And if you stop for one day, then you have to start again your 30 days from the day one. You can't create a habit if you're not doing this.

And I don't mean that you'll get what you want in 30 days, what I mean is that you'll have the habits of starting your day and ending it with good though about what you want. Those good though will change your mind set and help you to focus on what you want. And then, when your focus will be what you really want, that's when you'll get it.

This is not easy. It needs a lot of work.

Face the wall...

Obstacle...

"Don't become a victim of yourself. Forget about the thief waiting in the alley; what about the thief in your mind?" -- Jim Rohn
The main wall between you and your success....     it's you!

Jim Rohn said it well in that quotes. We worry too much about others bringing our business down. Our main problem is us. If we can face our problems and go ahead we'll succeed.

When things are not working as you would like, start to work on yourself. Become a better person and your business will go better.

Put as much time on yourself as you put on your business. Your business will grow with you.

There's no short cut to success. Just a lot of time and work. On yourself and on your business.

Using the hammer...

Comparing a business to another will never make bring someone into your team. If you want to convince someone to join your team, you should sell yourself. In reality, people are joining with you if they think you can help them make a buck. Don't waist your time in long technical comparison between your business and others. Instead, spend your time in presenting yourself to them and what you want to achieve with your business.

My business is better then yours fight will never bring anyone into your team...

In reality, most business online are good. It's all up to you to know how to build them and do the job. If you fail, don't blame the business.

OK, there's also the scam...    but those are easy to identify. If you don't feel good joining them, then it's mostly for a good reason. Your instinct can tell you a lot of things. And even if it's not a scam, if you don't feel good joining it, then you should not join it. Your feeling are telling you what's good or not for you. And you should follow them. Maybe it's not good for you to join that kind of business.

When you find a business that is feeling good for you, do something. If you want to build a house and that you have bough the best hammer in the market, if you don't start to hit some nails the house will never become a reality. If you leave the hammer on the floor and wait for the house to become a reality, then you are a fool and you should stay away from the business world.

Banner Ladder Blog!

I come across those blog a few times a week. There's one post and it's a series of banners from many programs. No content, just a blank promo. Others will try to write something about the program they want to sell, but it's still a blank blog.

I don't understand this trend. Why do you open a blog and write only one post? Why do you use a blog to promote a list of programs?

There's a ton of downline builder that could be better and offer you to promote those same program.

Do you really think that it's a good way to promote those programs?

If you want to promote a programs in traffic exchange, use a splash. The best tools for that is AdKreator.

Show up!

Do you show up?

Do you know that one of the key to success is to show up. To take an actual step to do what needs to be done.

From the start, a lot of people don't show up. And they give up the most easy part of becoming successful.

For things to become better, you have to show up and take action. If you think that you only need to wish, then you're going to be a failure. It's simple. Action of showing up is the first step in managing reality.

If you don't show up, you'll end up living in the world of the ones who did take action.

Leaders becomes, they're not born. Leaders took action.

You'll fall, like all the leaders. Getting back up and continue showing up will get you where others don't.

If you give up showing up, then you give up on all you have done and all you could have done.

Don't be in the mass! Stand up and show up! Take action and become a leaders!
